Hi, Dimitry,I have a question about how to use linux M to extract sub-tomograms after M refinement?Thank you!

Dear Yuanyuan,

There is a _particles.star file that you can edit the header (change the wrp to rln, change SourceName to MicrographName and remove the number 1 at the end of each label) and use that to run ts_export_partciels again.
