I am getting a persistent error:

Unhandled exception. System.NotImplementedException: The method or operation is not implemented.

Am I running out of memory?
I have ~4000 subtomos (two species), refinement is at ~10A, particle size is 250A for one and 330A for the other species. Data are binned to 3.02 A/pix. I am using one GPU on a  node, and no --perdevice_refine switch (in attempt to conserve memory).

It even fails on
MCore --population m/Cores.population --refine_imagewarp 1x1 --refine_particles

You might encounter the same issue discussed here. I solved this by updating to dev36.

thank you, we will try updating! BTW, it is definitely not due to memory. I get this error now even with a single species, which is just over 400 subtomos. The same set refines just fine in Relion.

You are welcome. You might find this discussion helpful as well. I just found my reconstruction overfitting a lot...

the new version seems to do much better, with fewer crashes. Thank you.
