WARP EER Processing

I am trying to process EER files for the first time in WARP.  I direct the input to a folder with my test EER files (20 files total), give it the pixel size and exposure dose.  I leave the EER frame group on the default 10 because I don't fully understand what that does.  I provide the gain in MRC format.  Then press start processing, but nothing happens.  The processing status remains grey with the number 20 suggesting it can recognize that there are 20 files in the directory.
