Incorrect To Hit Chart

It is a little known piece of knowledge that there are several To Hit
Charts located in various locations in the original game materials,
but only one truly correct one (located on the inside back cover of
the Adventure Book). The reason for this chart being determined as the
correct chart, when all the other charts contradict it (character
sheet, Warrior cards, etc.), is that this is the only chart that
matches with the monster tables found in the Bestiary of the Roleplay
Book (beneath each specific monster type).

I suggest the inclusion of this To Hit Chart for several reasons: 1) I
believe it was the intention that this be the table used by all
players, but an incorrect table was used for the basis of the majority
of the printed materials and was not caught until it was too late; 2)
it greatly increases the survivability of low-level players,
particularly those new to the game, making for a less frustrating
experience overall; and 3) I worked really hard to create a Character
Sheet with the correct table on it so that others out there could play
the game the way it was meant to be played.

There used to be a copy of it available at http://boardgamegeek.com,
but it has since been removed, thanks to GW's lawyer-patrol. I have a
copy of it on my server that someone with more knowledge about
updating modules than me can use to fix the To Hit Chart for the
VASSAL module.
