WardenCam Recording Stops When Hitting Phone Power Off Button, When Locking Phone

The WardenCam app is awesome. I’ve been using it for a couple years. I sign in with google account robx...@gmail.com. I’ve tried everything I could think of but the WardenCam app won’t work with my Jelly-Pro phone now. WardenCam works fine on LG Aritso 32 G internal storage only ( 19G used ), Android 10. Trying to get WardenCam to work on Unihertz Jelly-Pro, 16G external SD card 8 G free, Android 8.1. I have uninstalled/reinstalled Warden Cam, restarted phone, reset phone to factory conditions and started all over, always the same problem on the Jelly-Pro. However, WardenCam was working fine on the same Jelly-Pro phone about a year ago. I haven’t used the app much in the past year. The problem on the Jelly-Pro: Recording seems to stop when the phone power button is turned off even though WardenCam still seems to be running in the background. I start the recording using the back camera ( one facing the phone’s display screen ), I can see my face and all looks fine and I can record  a short video and see the saved files in Drop Box. When try recoding and shutting the phone screen off ( hitting the phone power button ) then turn the phone power back on and unlock phone red record button is still on and WardenCam icon showing still running in the background. However, the Warden Cam screen is black and I have to tap the camera front/back switch in WardenCam to get the phone screen to show what the camera is seeing again. And also, only a few seconds of recording shows up in Drop Box, it only captured/recorded the last few seconds of the recording session, only the end of the recording session after I clicked the camera front/back button to get the Warden Cam screen camera monitor to work. I’ve tried resetting and reinstalling everything twice and always the same problem, really weird because my Aristo phone works fine and I had the Jelly-Pro phone working a few months ago ? I believe I paid for a WardenCam Pro subscription and am happy to pay again if needed. I like your app and need to use it on the Jelly-Pro in background mode with the phone locked. I greatly appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you, Rob
