Warden Cam no longer records, does not synchronize with Acc

Hello,

Since changing my wifi, I've had the problem that the app no longer works.

I have two smartphones. My normal main phone, which serves as a "monitor" and an old one, which serves as a "camera". I am logged into the same Google account with both (both in the Playstore and in the app itself).
My main phone shows me that I have purchased the Pro version. Recently, this is no longer displayed on my monitor phone. It shows a picture from the camera, but doesn't record anything and the loading bar above the running video is loading all the time.

Although I am logged into the same account on both smartphones, they no longer know anything about each other since I changed the Wi-Fi.

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app on both phones and set it up again - without success.

What can I do now?
