Wardencam was working pretty good for the last month or so.  I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 as the camera linked to a Dropbox account with motion detect to take a picture and video.  Last Friday it stopped uploading the videos to Dropbox.  I have tried rebooting the S4 and the viewer (Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge) and it is still not uploading.  I have the red exclamation mark showing and only the small picture on the viewer updates every 7 to 10 seconds or so.  It's still detecting motion and alerting the viewer.  I have room in my Dropbox.  Any suggestions?

p.s.  I emailed support a few days ago but have not heard back so I'm posting this now.

Can you check if you have space available on the device local storage?

606 mb free on device.  I just noticed there was an update for WardenCam on that device so I'm updating it now.

After the update the larger view isn't just white noise it's actually showing the video but it is still not sending video/pic motion detect to dropbox.  Any other suggestions?

Updated both devices again this morning and rebooted them.  Now it just has a spinning circle trying to login as Camera or Viewer.  Any suggestions?

I enabled the legacy option (per your play store post about older Android phones) and now both the Camera and Viewer are connecting fine.  I am however still not getting the Pics/Videos sent to my Dropbox.  Any other suggestions?

Could you please check the app version and verify it is running 2.4.5?

Yes I just verified that the Camera and Viewer are both running 2.4.5
Camera is Android ver. 4 and the Viewer is Android ver. 7

Any other ideas?

Can you try again now? The server is running fine now.

It is still not working.  Last video was uploaded 9/28/17.  It looks as though it is sending the picture to my email and says it is uploading new motion event video to the cloud.

First please delete the wardencam folder completely in the Dropbox space. Then reinstall the app and link the dropbox account again on the camera device only.
Sign in as camera and check if the wardencam folder is recreated by the camera device. If not, then there is a linking issue.
I know Dropbox has dropped support for old Android devices. If that is the case, the folder will not be created by the camera device.

Awesome. If you have a minute to spare, could you please give us a good review or rating on the google play store as well? Thank you so much.

You might want to enable "legacy login" option on all your devices and try again.

Are there Server issues right now?  I can't connect on either device again.
