Unable to Record

Just installed and purchased on Android devices.  All is great (except dead PC web viewer sign in link!) but it wont record at all.  Motion detect works and notifies, and when I click on the Record button it's red, but...when i go to cloud recordings in Drive, there is nothing there, no files, no videos..nothing.  Empty WardenCam folder.  Motion detect videos little number on the icon indicate there are recordings, but...they're not there.  I click on the view link and it takes me to the view screen, but the loading screen circle just spins round and around indefinitely. In the Help file it said to enable 24/7 recording in settings, but I don't see that option anywhere.
