Version not supported in my device (android 6)

Hi

I have GalaxyS5 with android 6 and enough memory.

I still get this error "version is not supported in my device" when using this link 

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.warden.cam to get it downloaaded and installed.

My S5 have no SIM card, it is connected to internet via WIFI. Does it need SIM card installed or something else?
