At the last Congressional hearing, opponents said DC couldn’t be a state because we don’t have car dealerships or bowling alleys. (Huh?) 

Join Statehood Advocates at the Tesla car dealership at 909 H St. NW from 8:00am – 9:30am on Wed. 4/14 and wear a bowling shirt if you can. 

Our message: We are just like other Americans. We bowl in DC, we buy cars in DC. We pay our taxes, we serve in the military. We deserve Statehood. Make a sign if you can, we’ll have a bunch on hand, too. Have fun showing there are no good arguments against DC Statehood!
