Subject: Bob King receives Ward 5 Democrats MVP Award for tireless work with Seniors

Good Afternoon City Leaders,

Last night during the Ward 5 Democrats virtual meeting we honored Robert “Bob” King with the MVP Award recognizing him for his tireless work with Seniors not only in Ward 5, and the city, but across the country. Seniors are our most stable, consistent, and reliable voting bloc. Therefore, through the hard work of Bob King and the entire Ward 5 Democrats Senior COVID-19 Commission, seniors across the city were never forgotten while voting in this Election Cycle.

It’s important to give people their roses while they can smell them. Congrats again, Bob. Thank you to everyone that provided great words honoring Bob last night. We can’t wait for the continued work of his committee with the Ward 5 Democrats. We are lucky to have Bob's wisdom and leadership.
