Conversion Question

I am going through the normal process of updating data to my iphone.
As I am converting the data a message appears stating that the folder
selected contains a membership.csv file that is not supported by Ward
Tools. What's up? Is this part of the transition to LDS Tools? How
can I fix this?

The MLS has been undergoing changes in recent versions. There was a new converter deployed to assist with the recent changes, http://wardtools.googlecode.com/files/WardTools-2.0.7.4.zip. Make sure to use this version, not a prior version. If that still gives you an issue, then makes sure your export is configured to include the Preferred Name (a setting in the MLS system).
