Problems committing code to repo

I've been trying to commit some code for the past few days and keep
getting the same error:

svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: MERGE of '/svn/trunk/src/android/res/layout': 405 Method Not
Allowed (https://wardtools.googlecode.com)

The last checkin I was able to commit was on the 15th. Anyone have
any ideas?? Are any of you able to commit to the repo?
