The Ward Museum of Wildfowl Art, Salisbury University, will present a
Maryland Green School Seminar on Thursday, January 21, from 4:30 to 6:00
p.m.

Join Ryan Pleune, Maryland Association for Environmental and Outdoor
Education’s (MAEOE) Green School Coordinator in learning more about
the benefits of turning your school into a green school. A question and
answer session will follow a presentation on the Maryland Green School
program. Light refreshments will be served.

The Maryland Green Schools program is a holistic, integrated approach
to learning that includes local environmental issues and professional
development, environmental best management practices and community
stewardship. All Maryland pre-kindergarten, public and private schools
are eligible to become Green Schools.

There is no cost for the Seminar, but pre-registration is required.
