Hi Bjarne,
You missed to install "libhttrack-dev".
Under Fedora, type :
yum install libhttrack-dev
You can do the same with apt-get under Ubuntu.
But the simplest way is to install everything from source like
explained in the contrib/httrack/readme.
Everything will be fine after that.
