Spam on warc-tools group

I read warc-tools via the Google Groups page...

...and the archives are dominated by spam.

If you want to make me a group 'manager', I'll clear it out when I
notice it. (You may want to make a few other trusted regular readers
managers as well, many eyes make light work.)
