Clean out your closet, recycle your shoes, help others (and the PTA)

The PTA has partnered with ShoeBox Recycling to recycle your gently used shoes, allowing you to clean our your closet, help others, and support the PTA.  This recycling program provides shoes to those in need in the US and abroad, keeps shoes out of landfills, and creates "micro-enterprises," fueling local economies.  As an added bonus, the PTA will receive cash for all acceptable shoes recycled through the program.

Shoes should be re-wearable, gently used, in pairs, and with no holes or mildew. Please, no ski or winter boots, flip flops, crocs, or bedroom slippers.  Our drop box is located in the WJHS main lobby, near the front door. Please see the attached flyer for more information.
