I am looking for an individual who can help me start and manage a charity 
project for street children here in Arusha. Initially the work will be very 
flexible and only part time with a starting wage of 150,000TS a month, this 
will increase once the charity is fully operational and you have more 
responsibility. You need to be able to speak English, have completed higher 
education preferably to do with social work or similar and be passionate 
about helping the street children of Arusha. You will be responsible for 
initial field research and maintaining effective communication with me 
whilst I am here and in the UK to manage any issues. You should be 
hardworking and have a good general knowledge of Arusha. Any previous 
experience of working with these children will be highly valued so please

Thomson Safaris is looking for looking for a creative individual, male or
female, to help develop, implement and monitor our community development and

Tanzanian, have the experience and competencies to work as a Project

Desired Minimum Qualifications/Experience

. Technical knowledge and capacity in Project Management and
relevant subject areas 
 
. Experience with Developmental Project/Program Management
preferable in CSR or component disciplines

build positive relationships with staff and partners at all levels
 
 
. Excellent communication, mentoring and coaching skills; 
 
. Proactive and flexible work style 
 
. Strong analytic skills to facilitate informed tactical and

enthusiastic and ability to operate independently regardless of structures;
 
. Strong English oral and writing skills; experience in writing and
reviewing grant proposals and reports; 
 
. High proficiency in MS office computer applications; MS Word,
Excel, Powerpoint,Outlook ; 
 
. Works with minimum supervision.
