Initially the work will be very flexible and only part time with a starting wage of 150,000TS a month, this will increase once the charity is fully operational and you have more responsibility. You need to be able to speak English, have completed higher education preferably to do with social work or similar and be passionate about helping the street children of Arusha. You will be responsible for initial field research and maintaining effective communication with me whilst I am here and in the UK to manage any issues. You should be hardworking and have a good general knowledge of Arusha.
