Engineering management trainee – (1 Post)

 

 

Consistent with our vision of continual improvement and development, the Company wishes to recruit Management Trainees to undergo a Engineering management training programme with the intention of taking on management responsibility at the Company’s operations in Tukuyu, Mbeya Region.

 

 

The trainee will undergo a structured programme consistent with the area of competence.  It is likely that the individuals will take on early responsibilities and these will be handed over as competence is attained during the programme.

 

Guidance will be provided but self improvement is very much expected of the individual.  Reporting will be to the respective line manager.

 

Qualifications:

Applications are invited from male and female Tanzania nationals, who are below

35 years of age, with the following qualifications:

 

(i)                 A good educational background preferably to Degree level in Engineering (Mechanical, electrical or Electro – Mechanical).

(ii)               Some work experience, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector is not mandatory but would be an advantage.

(iii)             Aptitude  for good communication and teamwork.

(iv)             Self motivated with the ability to work independently sometimes under pressure and to tight schedules.

(v)               Enjoy living in a rural environment.

 

Remuneration:
