Overall experience – 10-12 years on POS solution, Store rollout, Deployment of new solution and support.


Technical Experience

1.        Technical knowledge: (Core Java, J2EE, JDBC, Hibernate, DB Skills).

2.        XStore - Customizations, Configurations, UI Changes, Locale Changes, Handling Database issues, POS Deployment, Debugging the Code, Issue Fixing, Device Configurations, In/Out bound data mapping).

3.        Products: XStore, XOffice, ORBO, ORCE.

4.        5 - 6 Years of experience in Xstore POS.

5.        At least 1 Implementation or 2 Support projects for XStore.

6.        Good communication skills.

7.        Experience in bulk store deployment.

8.            Good to Have Skill :UNIX Shell Scripting

9.            Provide lead coverage in shifts on rotational basis.

10.      Hands on in SOAP / REST WEB service


Key Responsibilities:

1.     Work as Tower Lead and provide Level 2 / 3 / 4 support for client applications

2.     Build client relationship and manage the coverage for both support and project discussions

3.     Troubleshoot Xstore complex issues from production

4.     Ensure that SLAs are adhered

5.     Represent L2/L3 team in various client forums and discuss on Incidents and other complex issues
