Congrats on making it through the summer which will make you a better racer in the fall (at least in my opinion). Just because it may not be sunny and blazing hot don't forget it is still just as important to hydrate and propper nutrition.
Also when the weather gets cooler don't forget to wear layers and remain visible. Saftey is everyone's responsibility.
Continue to work on your midweek running if at least 30 minutes but no longer than 60 minutes.
