Good morning WannaBeasts.

Tomorrow is another monster run and the weather is prefect! We are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow.

Below is a note from your team leader, John.

This week I would like to talk about injury. You need to listen to your body, if its telling you that its tired or if a specific muscle hurts then give it a rest. You have put in the mileage and skipping one or 2 or even a week of running will not throw your whole training in the trash. As a friend once told me the hay is in the barn. That means that you have already gone the distance and if you need a few days off you should take it. With that being said if you need more than that maybe you need more advise than we can give. At that point I would suggest seeking your Dr. Hopefully no one is in this position and this advise is a mute point. Overall listen to your body, think positive thoughts and remember all the work you put in getting ready for your upcoming race. Above all have fun and enjoy the race. John
