Hi all,

Congratulations to Kelvin, Bethany, and everyone who raced Chicago and also Amber who did the Tuna Run relay last weekend. You guys are true WannaBeasts! 

This weekend promises perfect running weather. Good luck to everyone who is racing Bull City and any other races out there. For all of us who are staying in town, tapering or just chilling, here's the plan for this Saturday:
