Hi all

Does anyone know the part number of the MXM3.0 Connector on the extension board? I only found one, which is MM70-314-310B1 from JAE (http://www.digikey.se/product-detail/en/MM70-314-310B1-1-R300/670-2431-2-ND/2183603). But it looks different. Can anyone help finding the source?

Thank you!

Are there recommended PCB footprints anywhere for this connector?  The link below does not provide any documentation. The EDM standard doc available seems to have some mechanical specs in it, but they don't quite match the pinout used, for example all the E pins tied together in groups of 10...  I have already made a pcb footprint based off the other connector posted here, but with all the pins split up, unlike what is in the actual spec sheet, but I don't think it will be compatible with the official connector footprint. :(

Thanks,
Mike

Hi Mike

I will also follow the EDM standard document, where the only footprint I could find. I don't know if I should tie all those E- pinout together or not. But I will choose not to do that. Anyway in the PCB design, we can easily tie them together by putting polygon on them.
