HI All

My laptop does not have a serial port. So i attached a USB to serial Cable with Wandboard.
But the board does not transmit any data to the console.

Please help me how to make the connection success.

Thanks and Regards

Hi,

Do you use a NULL modem cable?

It might be that you need to have to swap the RX/TX wires.

In software. Please have your settings 115200/8/1/n for communication in minicom/putty

Hi

I am using the cable whose one end is a female serial connector attached to wand board and other end is a USB attached to Laptop.
I have configured the settings 115200/8/1/n for communication in Hyperterminal.
But i am not able to see any RX/TX data on the console.

Thanks and Regards
Subhra Prakash
