Is there a way to access the PCIe interface on the Wandboard Quad?

Would it be possible to connect specific pins on the expansion headers to a PCIe card for example to obtain additional Gigabit ethernet ports?

I was wondering about the same question. In schematics it is shown that PCIe signals are connected to the test points on the mainboard (they are not routed to expansion headers!). It is principally possible to solder wires to those test points, but looking at those tp's, I guess that not everyone will be able to do that.

Hmmm.  I see that now.  Looking at the board, it would be pretty hard to solder to those test pins.

Do you know if the software is all in place for the PCIe to work if I was able to solder a lead to the test pins and connect this to a PCIe device?

The output of lspci is:
# lspci
pcilib: Cannot open /proc/bus/pci
lspci: Cannot find any working access method.

Maybe not usable without a software patch?
