Are these safe for "totally enclosed fixtures"?
I emailed customer service and specifically asked about this model number from Amazon and they said that they were approved for totally enclosed fixtures.
Probably not. All LED bulbs I have state that they are not for totally enclosed applications. LED bulbs are electronic devices and subject to temperature related electronic component failure.
