This is an exciting programme management role for someone with 10 years'
relevant experience in International Development, including some
experience of working with DFID on Private Sector Development. The role
will require strong inter-personal and coaching skills, high levels of
empathy and maturity, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder
dynamics.

Candidates for the London-based role must have the existing right to
work in the UK. Otherwise there is an option for the role to be in
Nairobi.

INTERNSHIP AND RESOURCE MOBILIZATION PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Kilimanjaro Cultural Festival (KCF) is a registered NGO whose mission is to promote the positive cultural values, sustainable livelihood models and the environment in Kilimanjaro Region. Among others, KCF organizes cultural festivals, cultural tourism (including home stays) and tree planting campaigns.

KCF is looking for:
1. A proactive and motivated individual to manage its day-to-day operations.
3. ⁠Experts or organizations to support resource mobilization for the organization. If not voluntary, Compensation will be in the form of winner's fee or engagement to implement actions for which one has mobilized resources. These terms will be agreed upon in advance with the KCF Board.

Qualifications for intern
1. At least a first degree. Degrees in culture and tourism, business or economist is an added advantage
2. ⁠Demonstrated proactiveness/ability to add value
3. ⁠Good communication skills including writing skills both in English and Kiswahili
4. Readiness to work in Moshi Municipality
5. ⁠Familiarity with Kilimanjaro region/communitied is an added advantage

Qualification for resource mobilization experts
1. Readiness to work remotely from anywhere in the World or from KCF office in Moshi Municipality
2. ⁠Famikiarity with Kilimanjaro region/communities is an added advantage
