The Ministry of Constitutional and Legal Affairs is in the process of reviewing the criminal justice system and as such has asked TLS membership and the public to air out their views on how the criminal justice system should be reviewed. To achieve that, TLS Constitution and Legal Affairs Committee has prepared this questionnaire (the first of five questionnaires which will be sent to you in a spun of five days. One questionnaire each day) for you to fill so as we can get your views on how our criminal justice system should be.
