Are you outside of the country at the moment, too? Have you tried toggling WiFi off to connect to the game via mobile network?
Another option is to fully remove the WiFi channels from your phone and then re-add them.
I called and they denied that they have the ability to recover it. If I give them my madden ID and list all my players they should have a way to find the acct even if it a guest acct. When I open the app it asks for a 16 digit recovery code which tells me they have the means but are unwilling to help. Also there are so many posts about this same issue which shows that EA needs to do something about it.
If you still have the old phone and it still has the mobile account you should connect to Facebook to back it up. If you do that, then go into the new device and connect that Madden Mobile app to Facebook. Your team should transfer right to the new device.
He's lying, I tried using the user ID to get my team back and i was actually logged into Facebook. The face book account i was using apparently somehow had two different accounts linked to it don't ask me how i managed to do that. I tried downloading and playing madden mobile on my new iPod since i freshly restored the device and i used my normal email and password and the game made me make a new account on the Facebook login I've been using to play this game with for years now. So now when i go in to play on my iPod i get some stupid account instead of my normal 100 overall account. Luckily the account is still on my iPad so i can access. I tried getting customer support to give me my account back for 5 days straight not a soul apparently could help me. EA customer support is absolutetely horrible. They don't know what they are doing and they can't even tell you how to get your account back nor any of your account information to at least try to get it back using the userID that i had saved from my account already, and they are the ones that made the stupid game, aint that something. one person from ea chat support i was talking with told me i had to start over because they couldn't use the userID to get my account recovered. I was so heated i just closed the browser. Now if i really didn't have access to my account i probably would have really had a fit but luckily i just needed my account on a new device. I really do feel sorry for those who lose they're account on madden mobile because i guess they really expect your to just start over with no empathy or boost or help to TRY to get your old team back to the way it used to be. So don't follow the disclaimer USER IDs DONT WORK. IF YOU LOSE YOUR ACCOUNT ITS GONE FOR GOOD. THEY CANNOT GET IT BACK (sady).
I did find one fix for this, however only works if you are on android. This method requires you to either downgrade from Android 6.0 (marshmallow). The problem is within the madden app itself, and it has not been fixed or optimized yet. Either you have to wait a considerable amount of time, or you find a flash file/custom ROM and then flash that to your device. That should solve all problems. I have fixed it for 2 of my devices so far.
I have signed in with google email and I can't login to my account so I talked and emailed an EA Advisor and they were unable to help me. I have spend money on this account so I'm not just going to start a new account. All I have to say is that madden really messed up and they should reward all madden mobile google accounts with some sort of price for their cooperation. @nixie2121
To be fair, the game at least succeeds in terms of visuals. Mobile games have, on the whole, received a huge bump in terms of graphical fidelity since Madden first debuted on the Play Store. Though some of the player models look a bit rough when viewed up close, this could almost be passed off as something that would have released during the early days of the Xbox 360. Console quality graphics may be a buzz term on the mobile market, but Madden NFL Mobile really does deliver.
Unfortunately about 4 weeks ago during the process of trying to boot a member from the league I started, I accidentally promoted the said person to Commissioner. This was purely an accident. To my surprise there is no prompt asking you if your sure you want to make this said person commissioner? Doing so will demote you to admin. The change went through much to my chagrin. Had this prompt been available It would of saved me all this frustration.
Now, I have asked nicely for 'Deshawn' to return control of my league back to me. I have even offered to compensate Deshawn with packs in order to get it back from him. Deshawn refuses to respond, I know he plays everyday as he updates his team daily. I believe the player is now trolling the league. All members in my league have also asked for him to return it, they are met with the same silence. In madden mobile you can't pm so the only way to reach Deshawn is through league chat, he refuses to respond/communicate back. It's so annoying signing in everyday and seeing Deshawn in charge of my league. He is benefiting from all our leagues hardwork.
Deshawn is running my league into the ground! I started this league like 6 months ago and now it's in the hands of someone who has been a member for a month now, super annoying.
The game in question is Madden Mobile. Please I need help urgently with this issue. Ea customer service said this is the only way to get a dev to help me! I've been going back and forth with ea for weeks. I have also got other members in my league to email and post on the forum as Ea customer service said this would increase the chances that devs would do something about it. I play the game on ios. I've exhausted every option available.
