Hi everyone. We had 5 on Tuesday. Great workout.

Samir and I will play again Thursday. 

We are going to start at 6:30 am. Samir and I have to leave at 7:45 so please don't be late.

Howard + friend and Dan, please confirm you are in.

I will be there. Ray, you said you might come right? Yes it was a great workout. Even two on two (and definitely 3v3) is way better than jogging for exercise.
