Update - need some review

Guys,

 

Way to go on what seemed to be universally viewed as a great night!

 

I’ve tried to pull together a final budget summary but need a few items to finalize so we can figure out tips, etc.:

 

• Jenna, how much were decorations?
• Stef, how much was DJ + your iTunes bill?
• I counted 8 walk-ins, below/in third tab of attached.  Did anyone see others, including unexpected guests?  (Easiest to review from last “Registrations” tab)

• Beyrer, Kerry
• Hagens, John
• Kissel, Robert
• Lamazza, Stephanie
• Mastromonaco, Aimee
• Ortner, Andrew
• Savo, Anthony
• Sellazzo, Carissa

• Other payers:

• Did Sean Barton pay?
• Did Valentina bring a guest (if not, who was the Asian girl she was hanging out with?)
• Jason Abadie gave me a check
• Jay Sidden gave me cash

• Stef, do walk-ins/payers above tie to the cash you got?
• Stef, I will send you a check for all cash costs you have in excess of the first Table 9 payment + iTunes – cash receipts from tonight; Jenna, will send you a check once I have cost of decoration supplies

 

If everything I entered is right re: who paid and what everyone’s reimbursements were, I think we can afford a $375 tip while still having $500 left for a scholarship.

I second that! We should all be proud of a job well done.  Just realized we didn't get a photo all together though-- bummed!

Pam, the decorations came to $60 (posters, printing cost, stickers).

Valentina was walking around with Rich Eyring's wife!

I'm available for a call tonight. Not sure exactly what time I'll be home so can we say 8pm EST?
