Thanks for all the time tonight.  If you could send me your availability after work during the week of March 11, I can schedule call #2.

 

I’ve recapped everyone’s to-do list below so we don’t forget.  Tara, I’m changing the Facebook blast to you just to even things out.  J  Everyone please reply-all with updates.

 

Here is the draft language on our new pricing deal.  Please feel free to reply with revisions.  When everyone is signed off, anyone who needs to post it to various places can do so.  I’ve suggested people e-mail us if interested so (a) the blurb stays short, (b) we can get names of those joining together, and (c) my home address doesn’t wind up in the far corners of the interweb.

 

Through Friday, March 1, gather five classmates and sign up together for a $10 per person discount, or $65 each.  Must be paid by check(s) sent together/simultaneously.  E-mail walter-panas-...@googlegroups.com if interested.

 

Pam:

• Draft language re: new “deal” (DONE—above, pending everyone’s sign-off)
• Post new “deal” to website and blast it to classmates with profiles who haven’t signed up
• I will e-mail the following people to encourage the following-following people to sign up (let me know if you want to take any of these instead):

• Bellino:  Repicky, Hechler, Dolan, Montesarchio, Leslie Morales, Adriana
• Ali Rogers:  Daryl Pinsdorf, Meredith, Claire, Sanika, Sam Sklaar, Kathryn O’Hanlon
• Me (some of these are random so if you know them well…):  Devon Simmons, Traci Byers, Jane Cinsov, Jenna Constantino, Paul Overmyer, Hagens, Hugo

 

Stef:

• Ask Table 9 for floorplan and technical specs if we wanted to bring speakers in
• Check on borrowing friend’s stereo equipment to be able to play a playlist/see if friend can set up for us in exchange for dinner
• Check on drop-dead date for notifying Steve Gioacchini of whether we need him

 

Jenna:

• Send revised version of invite including website and pricing info/new “deal”
• Try Brozier, Stanford, Mastromonaco, others again?  (Check “classmate profiles” on website to see if there are any other people you’re close to who you can ask to try people they may still be close to)

 

Tara:

• Post new “deal” language to Facebook
• Check on borrowing boyfriend’s friend’s stereo equipment to be able to play a playlist
• Try Kerry Beyrer, Margaret Blair, others again?  (Check “classmate profiles” on website to see if there are any other people you’re close to who you can ask to try people they may still be close to)

Forgetting if we are including the discount for their dates as well. If so, we should say:

On second thought I should fix the pricing portion so it's clear that all prices increase after march 1. Assuming that is still our plan? Until we do the whole "Extending for one additional week" gimmick
