Hi, guys!

The good news:  we have all registered, and whoever e-mailed Julie Landsman gets 10 points, because she has registered too.

The bad news:  no one else has registered, and only 38 people have created a profile.

I’ve reached out to the 16 people who are not us who’ve said on their profile that they’re coming but haven’t yet paid (and encouraged them to email others who are planning to come to pay before prices go up).  I also put up a new Facebook post with the “prices will increase on March 1” note.

Any other ideas about how to encourage take-up?  I know we’ve all e-mailed people…

Also, Stef:  when do we need to put down deposits, how much are we paying for each vendor (and for those billed per person, per person), etc.?  Is there anything we need to be doing from a financial perspective right now?

Thanks!
Pam

Yay, 10 pts :)

Okay... So beyond creating some urgency... I think it might be a good idea to design a simple but attractive invite. Bullet point ideas: who what when where ...dress code, what's included, mention the raffle, mention ability to network, catch up w long list friends, chat w old acquaintances.

Aimee came up w an idea to offer up addtl raffle tickets to ppl who sign up before feb 15.

That's all I've got for now

Since it's just the four of us and Julie who have paid, why don't we revisit Jenna's idea for reduced cost.  I would be fine with having paid full price, or donating the difference.  Reduced cost for one week only might get people to register ASAP.  We can reach out to Julie and offer a refund, extra raffle tickets, etc...she is pretty easy-going and I don't think it would pose a problem with her.

Has anyone else registered since?

I think this is a great idea, but how do we get it to people?  The biggest bummer is that we don’t have e-mail addresses for everyone.

On the raffle front:  do we know what we are raffling yet?

What else do we need to get in order between now and the end of the month?
