Class Board Call re: WPHS 10th Reunion

AGENDA

 

1.  Total funds on hand and discussion of fixed/variable costs

2.  Menu selections

4.  DJ vs. playlist—with this many people, should we revisit DJ?

5.  Class banner (?  Stef, know you mentioned, but I have no recollection of what this is)

6.  Name tags—need someone to purchase materials and print name tags on computer (we will reimburse for the labels—the website automatically creates these)

7.  Staffing for night of—Laura Bruno is definitely in; any other thoughts to get to 2?

8.  50/50 raffle—Jenna has tickets, we all or Laura can sell

9.  Potential scholarship—how to administer; determination of whether all excess proceeds (including 50/50) go to scholarship
