I just sent an invite out for 7:30 ET this evening for our call.  The conference number is included in the invite but I’m including it below too.

Agenda:

• Vendors (Table 9, DJ?), contracts, and deposits
• Floorplan (can we get a layout from the venue so we can decide where on-site sign-in will be?  Who is officially working the tables?)
• Drumming up registrations (invitation Jenna sent; alternatives to Facebook?)
• Raffle (are we doing?  What are prizes?  How do we get them?)
• Budget (we need detailed numbers so we can figure out how to handle guests like teachers)
• Ticket price (based on budget, is there even a $5 donation in our current price?  If so, can we remove?  If we remove, how do we reimburse people who’ve paid?)
• Next steps/set date for next call (3-4 weeks out)
