A lovely Pomerol (Bordeaux, Right Bank) from a tiny 0.8 hectare plot
of 50-year-old merlot vines produced by the talented Jean-Philippe
Janoueix (also produces the better known La Croix St-George and La

Litanies means ‘little prayers’. The 2006 vintage produced a fragrant
wine with silky soft tanins and a pleasantly long finish. Drink now or
