[gae]单设前置代理很方便，据说goagent就木用这个功能

这和之前火了一阵的“meow（通过ss）复活goagent”又不一样，ss本身就可以独立使用


通过gae出不去，通过http/socks proxy更出不去
把两个结合起来，通过gae --> http/socks就出去了，这多fun？哈哈

虽然也没有保障，但身为我大清居民，本来不就是过一天算一天嘛。。。
