How are multiple spaces/desktops configured?

I'm on Mac 10.7 Lion and I'm having trouble configuring Wallpapery on
each of the desktops I manage. I'ld like to run Wallpapery, regularly
changing backgrounds, on each of my three desktops.

Hi Ryan,I'm on this. Currently Wallpapery supports multiple monitors but not multiple virtual desktops as introduced by Lion.
