FREE under 10 USTA Memberships

Hello everyone, it has been so amazing to see so much tennis action
this summer. We've been busy at Whitman with the Parks and Rec Summer
sessions. Sign up early for session 3 as Coach Emily has left to
travel with her family and depending on the help I get I may not be
able to expand class sizes as I did during session 2.

Now, the real news!

The United States Tennis Association, or USTA, the governing body of
tennis in America is offering FREE memberships to 10 and under
players. The USTA is a terrific organization that works hard to
support tennis at all levels, from our Whitman Schools Programs where
they gave a grant to buy the Quickstart tennis equipment we use to the
US Open, the USTA is a critical place to get information and keep
involved in the sport of a lifetime.
