Error in [[: attempt to select less than one element in get1index

Hi,

Thanks to the developers for the brilliant work on this SDM tool. I am still a newbie with regards to species density modelling and would very much appreciate any help solving this error.

I use a csv file with occurrence data, spatial thin at 20 km, bioclimatic variables 2.5 arcmin, minimum convex polygon for background points and Jacknife for data partition. I tried running the model with only linear and quadratic feature classes.

Every time I run the model, the analysis completes, I get the table with evaluation statistics and I can see and plot variable response curves. However, the distribution map is not generated and results are not saved. The following error appears in ArcGIS. 

 ENMeval completed in 16 minutes 43.9 seconds.

I have tried all generic solutions - reinstalled r, tried on a different computer, used different datasets, still get the same error everytime. Would really appreciate some help asap as my work is put on hold until I can get over this issue.
