Our software note in Ecography announcing the release of version 2 and its advancements since the initial release of Wallace is available for Early View!

Installing Wallace V2

v2 is on CRAN and can be installed using:

install.packages("wallace")

library(wallace)
run_wallace()

Instruction for installing previous versions of Wallace (v1)

If you want to install the previous version of Wallace (v1), you have three options to install it in your machine.

Install from CRAN using the following line of code:
remotes::install_version("wallace", version = "1.1.3", repos = "http://cran.us.r-project.org")
Install from Github using the following line of code:
remotes::install_github("wallaceecomod/wal...@v1.1.3")
Install the v1 docker image. Please see the “Docker Image and Tools for Cloud Implementations” section for more information.
