Error at the Occurrence density grid module (Component: Characteriza Environmental Space)

Hi everyone. I've been having some trouble at the Occurrence Density Grid module (ENV Space Component) and I don't really know what's going on. The package performs very well until it comes to that specific step, right after the PCA of the Environmental Ordinaton module. In RStudio I get the following error when I try to do the Occurrence Density Grid:  

Warning: Error in quantile.default: missing values and NaN's not allowed if 'na.rm' is FALSE 2: shiny::runApp 1: run_wallace

Does anyone know what could be the problem or the cause of this?

Hi, 

Can you try updating your `ecospat` packages and update your `wallace` package to make sure you are running version 2.0.5 ?

I think this error is related to unmatched NA values in your environmental data, but try and see if updating those packages fixes it.

I tried updating ecospat and wallace, but the problem persists. 

How can I detect and correct those NA values in my environmental data?
