Hi Claudia,
Try reinstalling the following packages: raster, rgeos, sp
and see if you are still having an issue. I was not able to replicate the problem, so hopefully updating these packages will help.

Can you give some specifics to help us troubleshoot this?
Are you getting an warning message in Wallace, or is Wallace crashing and you are getting an error message in R? In which module is this occurring? Are you using user-uploaded occs & environmental data?

Hello, I explain you.

I introduce the occurrences and the bioclimatic variables. In the Process Environmental Data Component, I select study region using point buffers with 0.5 degrees and I select the default number of background points. When I try to save that background as ASCII, a new tab appears but the file is not downloaded, the same happens if I want to do it in GeoTIFF, it only lets me download shapefiles or .csv. In previous versions I used the same occurrence data and the same bioclimatic variables and yes I can download the background.

In R it appears from the beginning:

Listening on http://127.0.0.1:3507
Registered S3 methods overwritten by 'adehabitatMA':
  method                       from
  print.SpatialPixelsDataFrame sp
  print.SpatialPixels          sp
Warning: GEOS support is provided by the sf and terra packages among others
Warning: Error in zip_internal: Some files do not exist
  2: shiny::runApp
  1: run_wallace

Thanks in advance,

Best regards,

Claudia

Hi Claudia, it seems everything is working on my end, so this may be an internal issue in your machine. Check to see if you have a temporary directory set up, check that the path you are using to save your files is working, and try resetting your working directory path in R.
