While trying to use a categorical variable and a non-categorical, i have the following error >

* Assigning variable HabsNewExtend to categorical ...
Warning: Error in apply: dim(X) must have a positive length

Any clue what cause that and how can we tackle it?

What do your categorical variable values look like? Might help to look at your HabsNewExtend table/vector and post that here!
