Wallace v2.1.3 now on CRAN!

[Wallace Ecological Modeling App]

Greetings from the Wallace team,

Version 2.1.3 is now available to install from CRAN. 

If you wrote in with issues accessing WorldClim data, or problems with an error message about unmatching NAs, these should be resolved in this version.

Also, this version is upgraded to include WorldClim 2.1 variables instead of the old 1.4.
