Problem about getting occurrence data

Hi everyone,

I’m a PhD student at the University of Memphis and a new user of Wallace. When I tried to search for species occurrences on GBIF, the results showed no records found. I tested several species, but the outcome was the same each time. Previously, I used version 2.11, and everything worked well; however, the issue started after I updated to the latest version.

Could this be a problem with GBIF or the app itself? I’d appreciate any insights or assistance!
