Hi everybody.

Any idea how i can get to know the total number of /items available in the api?
I need to load them all to create an item explorer test project.

thanks in advance!

Hey Tommy,

There is no way to see the total number of items in WallaBee at present. The reason for this is twofold: firstly, it increases every second so it can't be cached easily and secondly we don't want developers to crawl through each item in our database (and the IDs aren't necessarily sequential so knowing we have 8.4 million items won't help with anything as they don't necessarily count up).

If you can give me a better idea of what you are trying to build then I can either recommend a workaround or look at adding something for you.
