Blue Lagoon Capital and Palo Alto's TransLink Capital co-led the round, which also included participation from previous investors Road Ventures, Partech, Groupe ADP, Airbus Ventures and Serena. Blue Lagoon partners Rodney Rogers and Kevin Reid have joined the company's board of directors, with Rogers serving as chairman. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
