That includes a seed round of $3.6 million, led by Emerge, with participation of F2 Capital, and a $15.5 million first round, led by Zeev Ventures, with participation of the seed investors. Explorium's platform connects a company's data to thousands of external sources, then extracts the most relevant features and integrates them to power models. For example, lenders or insurers can use it to automatically discover the most relevant predictive variables from thousands of new data sources, improving their risk prediction models through better financial, geographic, personal and commercial context.
